The house is 107 m², has two floors, and a 55 m² roof terrace. On the first floor is a 34 m² living area, kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom. On the second floor there are two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has access to private balconies, the other has shared balcony accessible from the corridor.  Direct access from the second floor to the roof terrace is by an indoor staircase.  Technical equipment is in a small space added to the north side of the house.
